2012 George Steele

George Steele served as our fourth club captain during the 2012 season.

Dundonald born and bred, George lived in the village for the first 25 years of his life and now dwells a short distance away in the picturesque Ayrshire countryside.

As a staunch custodian of the land he can often be found just outside the village in a tractor on the family farm working for the betterment and provision of his highland cattle fold. George is a popular figure within the club and is generally considered to be integral to its social development. Always a vocal supporter, George has been a fine ambassador for us in his role out with the Newfield arena.
